You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please email us at support@umbel.me. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. Except as required by law or specifically stated, Umbel does not provide refunds for any partial subscription periods or unused services.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You are strictly prohibited from using any automated systems or software (including but not limited to scrapers, bots, spiders, or crawlers) to extract data from our Service for any purpose, including commercial purposes, without our express written permission. Any unauthorized scraping of user profiles or public data is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
