Employee digital business cards are cards a company gives its people from one template. In Umbel the team sets the design and locks what must not change, such as the company name and website, and each person fills in their own details. Invite by email or link; when someone leaves, their card is passed on.

Choose the design and colours, and decide which parts are locked, which each person fills in, and which are off.
By email or with a link. Each invite holds a seat. Teams start at two seats.
Name, title, phone, photo: whatever the template leaves to them. The locked parts are already there.
Each card is live at umbel.me/@team/name, with its QR code, NFC link and wallet pass.
Their card is unassigned and can be passed on. The contacts they gathered stay with the team.
Every part of the template is one of the three. Locked parts read the same on every card.
A change to a locked part reaches every card on the template.
Leads and scans on a team card belong to the team, stamped with who added them.
Managers fill in any card from the team's Cards table; a holder edits their own when the team allows it.
Views, clicks and scans across the team's cards.
A team starts at two seats and grows a seat at a time.
