Make the template
Set the design once: the company colour, a font, the logo. Lock the company name, website and logo so no card drifts from the others.

Invite the team
Send invites by email or a link. Each rep signs in, fills in their own name, title, number and photo, and has a card at umbel.me/@yourteam/their-name.

Share on the stand and in the call
A QR code on the stand banner, a tap on an NFC tag, a link in the follow-up email, or a pass in the wallet. The person saves the rep in one tap, with no app.

Collect the details
A Share your details form on the card sends the person's name and number back. The paper cards a rep brings home are photographed and read into contacts.

What you get
Locked company details
The company name, website and logo are set on the template. A rep cannot change them, and a change there reaches every card.
Cards that pass on
When someone leaves, their card is archived and unassigned, and the team hands it to the next person. The contacts it collected stay with the team.

Every detail shared through a team card is the team's, not the rep's. Export them whenever you like.
