Two days on a stand.
A digital business card for an event is a page at umbel.me/@you that someone opens from a QR code on your stand or by tapping an NFC tag, and saves to their contacts in one tap. A Share your details form on the card brings their name and number back to you. Paper cards are photographed and read into contacts.

How it works
- 1
Set the card up before the show
Add your name, title, number, email and the links that matter for this event. Pick a design in your brand colour.
- 2
Print the QR code large
Put it on the banner, the table card and your badge. Anyone can scan it with their camera. Keep a pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for when they are standing in front of you.
- 3
Hand it over in one tap
They scan, see your card, and tap Save contact. Or tap an NFC tag to their phone. No app on either side.
- 4
Take their details back
The Share your details form on your card sends their name and number to your contacts. Add a note while you remember the conversation.
- 5
Read the paper cards
Photograph the stack you came home with and Umbel's AI reads each one into a contact. Export the lot when you are back at your desk.
What you get
One code, many places
The same QR code works on the banner, the badge, the slides and the follow-up email. It opens the same card wherever it is scanned.
Nothing to install
Visitors open a web page and save a contact. You open your wallet pass. Neither of you downloads anything.
Details come back
Not everyone has a card to give you. The form on your card takes their name and number and puts them in your contacts.
Paper cards, read for you
Five AI card scans a month on Free, fifty on Pro and a hundred on Team.
What the event did
Views, link clicks and scans on your card, for 30 days on Free and 90 on a paid plan, so you can see how the two days went.
A card for the whole stand
A team on one template gives every person on the stand the same look, with the company name, website and logo locked.
