Upgrade, downgrade, cancel, and download invoices.

Everything plan-related lives in Settings → Billing — your current plan, renewal date, and next billing amount.

Upgrading

  1. In Billing, click Upgrade Plan.
  2. Pick the plan and confirm.

Upgrades take effect immediately.

Downgrading

  1. In Billing, click Change Plan and select the lower tier.
  2. The downgrade applies at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current features until then.

Downgrading from a team plan deactivates team cards other than your own. Export your lead data before downgrading.

Cancelling

  1. In Billing, click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
  2. Paid features stay active until the end of the billing period, after which your account moves to the free plan. Your card stays live with free-plan features.

Payment details and invoices

  • Updating your card: in Billing, click Update Payment Method and enter the new details.
  • Invoices: past invoices can be downloaded from your billing history, and a receipt is emailed automatically after each payment.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider — card details are never stored on Umbel's servers.
