Update your email and password, and what happens when you delete your account.

This article covers your account essentials — login details and account deletion.

Changing your email address

  1. Log in and open Settings.
  2. Under Email Address, enter the new address.
  3. A verification email is sent to the new address — click the link to confirm the change.

Changing your password

  1. In Settings, click Change Password.
  2. Enter your current password, then the new one, and save.

Forgotten your password? Use Forgot Password on the login page to get a reset email.

Deleting your account

If you want to permanently close your account:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.
  3. Read the confirmation carefully and confirm.

Deletion is permanent — it removes your cards, leads, and analytics. Export anything you need first, especially your leads. Any links or QR codes you've shared will stop working.
