You can export captured leads as a CSV at any time, ready for your CRM, spreadsheet, or sales workflow.
How to export
- Go to your dashboard and open Leads.
- Use the filters to select what you want to export:
- Date range — a specific event or time window
- Card — useful on team accounts with many cards
- Click Export CSV.
The file downloads with one row per lead.
What's in the export
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The lead's submitted name |
| Submitted email address | |
| Phone | Submitted phone number |
| Company / Job title | If those fields were enabled on your form |
| Card | Which card captured the lead |
| Date captured | Timestamp of the submission |
| Notes | Any message the lead submitted |
Importing into a CRM
- Salesforce: Setup → Data Import Wizard, with Leads as the object type.
- HubSpot: Contacts → Import, then map the columns.
- Most other CRMs accept CSV lead imports — check their import docs.
Tips
- Export soon after each event while the context is fresh.
- Name your files consistently (e.g.
leads-techconf-june2026.csv). - On team accounts, filter by date before exporting so events don't get mixed together.
